We are actively involved in the flotation of Gibraltar companies and their listings on the FTSE and AIM.

LMS has the expertise, working together with the Hassans' legal team in completing flotations well within the required tight timescales.

IPOs include PartyGaming PLC and 888 Holdings PLC.

LMS is also involved in the management of PLCs listed on the Czech Republic Stock Exchange and on NASDAQ.
